You can login to your SmartClass account by using your email address or License ID. (Restrictions apply in some countries)
If you try both of them and still receive “User Not Found” error, there is chance that your information may have been activated in the systems incorrectly.
You can try to change your password by clicking Forgot Password and clicking the link provided in the email which will be sent you your email address.
If you still receive the same error on your account, please contact your school SmartClass administrator.
- If you connect SmartClass rather than your schools SmartClass administrators, we won’t be able to help you with your request and have to direct you to your schools SmartClass administrator.
