How to cancel a staff transfer?

You can transfer a staff between campuses for any reason being or transfer back an employee to HQ after their assignments are over.

Once you initiate a transfer to another campus, you can only cancel the transfer of the employee by selecting the transferred campus and following the steps below.

To cancel a transfer on an employee;

  • Open menus (three lines located in the left hand corner under SmartClass logo)
  • Find menu called “Personnel”
  • Click on “Personnel”
  • Type the name of the staff you would like to cancel the transfer of
  • Once their name is displayed on the screen click on “Actions”
  • Click Cancel Transfer

Transferring employee to another location requires the approval of the administrator, the screen may not the activated for cancelling immediately.

The transfering manager can Approve / Deny the personnels transfer.
