The student is not in the attendance list?

Unless the student has been assigned to the class from Classes module.

To assign a student to a class for attendance to be taken properly,

  • Open modules menu
  • Expand School Operations module
  • Find and click on Classes

On the opened page, you have to find the class for the student to be assigned.

Use the filters to choose the Season, Batches or Teachers.

After selecting the correct filter, created classes will come to the screen.

Choose the class you would like to add the student and click on Add Student button colored White on the right side of the page.

From the new page, type in the students name on the top part and choose their name.

Click Save to assign the student to the class.

Now, you can head to Attendance under Academic menu to take the attendance for a missing student from the class.
