What to do when teacher is not able to see their classes and schedules?

After creating an account of user type as Teacher , they will be able to see the class schedules, students, classes, academic notes and gradings with no problem.

Unless, there might be problems with the ID numbers and SmartClass ID’s that causes some menus to not get the data correctly.

To solve this problem make sure that your ID ( SSN or any other assigned ID specified in your country ) is matching with the ID on users page.

If not, please contact your school’s SmartClass administrator for matching and system will automatically update the information to be seen.

*Make sure to delete cookies and history on your connecting device for the system to work properly after this update to the users account.
